well, am I??

been to the beach this afternoon , had a late and large picnic. Have a yearning for roasties.

DD looks as though she is going to fall asleep any minute, and DS is stuffed to the gills and DH is eating at a friends later...

so, am I unreasonable to make lovely, golden, crispy roast potatoes, sprinkled with some rock salt, to eat in front of the computer , for dinner??

This seems no less indulgent that my often occasional evenings of just mashed potato (bought from Tesco) for dinner. With extra butter. blush

<have not done it for ages - skip past the mash potato on my Tesco online favourites page>

Considering I made tired DD's cottage pie, using leftover meatballs, purely so I could have a bowl of mashed potato, YANBU.
