If he knows their posting name it would definitely be wrong to employ them. He would be unable to resist invading their privacy and searching to say what they said about him.

If he is dishy it might ruin your marriage.

Come on guys, I don't think we should assume this is a troll...MNing is a serious matter, and any advice could be essential reading for anyone who genuinely has the problem of MNing employees, surely?
