AIBU?

To squirt some water out of my bedroom window onto the neighbour and his mates who are sitting talking in his garden so I can have some peace?

Simulate a snow storm using talc and white chocolate sprinkles first, they may feel a chill and decide to go indoors. In any case, they won't be cross.

It does my nut. There are some at the back of us like that.

I have can hear the conversation and it's juicy gossip I don't mind!!

But if it's boring it drives me mad.

It's a saturday night. You are. BU that is. After about 11.30 I'd be tempted to knock on the door and smile sweetly and ask them if they'd mind moving inside as you have an early start tomorrow etc..

Mumbling is really irritating. Because you can't hear what they're saying.

My next door neighbours are Swedish, and have a pretty volatile relationship. They have stunning rows, but I can never tell what they're about because they are always in Swedish. Bloody inconsiderate I think.

Is it not cold where you are.

The last place I would want to be tonight is outside!!

The problem is when your tired and poorly you can hear a pindrop and that keeps you awake or like when an alarm goes off it gets you more and more wound up even though there is nothing you can do about it.
The worst bit is when it does eventually go off you can still hear it in you head. or is that just me..

It's freezing!! I'm hoping they will go inside in a minute. I tried to have a snooze this afternoon but ds woke me up. I may have to move to a remote farm with no neighbours, that would be nice.

Mumbling is better than screaming and wailing

My 18 yo neighbour was dumped by his girlfriend last week
From 11 until 12 they were talking which I dint mind (well not compared to what happened next)

12 until 1:30am he sobbed and wailed and screamed with barely a pause for breath
Sob, sob "I thought you loved me" wail wail wail

I was very tempted to chuch a water bomb into their garden, but decided to be sympathetic instead - putting the kitchen light on and crashing about alerted them to the fact that I was awake - so he went inside and wailed and sobbed until 2:30!

The other neighbours did that yurt. They moved out last month though. I have been feeling alot better since they went which is odd. I live in a semi, the walls are very thin so every morning I'd be woken by them closing doors/wardrobe etc, the occasional shouting match aswell. They were lovely, just so noisey.

I know fluffy!

It was tempting for me to go next door and say "Hey, My XH dumped me 3 years ago and I didnt make nearly as much fuss as you are making now - get over it, you will meet loads of gorgeous girls next year at uni!"

Obviously I didnt but was tempted

He probably sees more gorgeous available girls in a day than I see available even vaguely interesting men in 6 months - his odds on meeting someone new are GOOD, mine are frankly terrible!!!!

Just a few hours later I was having the same idea, but the inconsiderate sods in question were too far away and my husband wouldn't let me...
A group - 4 to 8 most of the time - between 1.30 and 3.30 am, in the (quiet, residential) road outside our house, not just talking but yelling and singing and whooping like howler monkeys. And talking about marijuana (Me: Can't we call the police NOW? Husband: It's not illegal to own any more, just to sell. - Is he right?)

I am furious not only with them but that my horrible neighbour who always complains about noise from us (we don't play music or have parties EVER, but sometimes we laugh or cough and she complains) didn't do anything when a real disturbance was going on!

If I knew where they lived I would have gone round a couple of hours later to lounge outside their house and yell, only in daylight!
