sorry yet another rant about school

I posted earlier about almost 50 % of the children at school going down with sickness and diarrhoea on saturday night
the school rule is not to back until 48 hours after last episode.We are taking time off work to look after DS2 .However when i went to school I saw the chair of the governors DD there whi I now had been sick all saturday night.When me and another person told the teacher about the illness ,the teacher said that the chair had asked the HT and he had said it would be fine.But he told other parents 48 hours .
I am so annoyed this is just the latest in a long series of the HTs drippiness.

Why not phone the HT direct and put him on the spot by saying that you are confused as you have been told one thing but other people have either been told something else or are flouting the rules?

Yep, I agree with annh. Remember that the HT will not be able to discuss someone else's child with you though.

He does sound like a bit of a yes-man!
