It's only heels, i think it's ok - i'd not be offended. It would be worse if it was breath freshener and a picture of people retching and a scrawled note saying 'this is what you are doing to people when you breathe' or some extra strong deodorant or hair removal cream for her face or anti-fart capsules or something. But a bit of dry skin is no biggy.
