Well, a lot of the old Mumsnetters are no longer here so I don't think it would matter that much anymore.

However, be prepared to be recognised. 4 years have passed since that thread so hopefully you'll be able to put the old Vaunda behind you and start with the new Vaunda!

I think if you contact MNHQ they can give you your original name back. I'm 100% sure they did that for one Mumsnetter recently who had deregistered.
