I dont think it is actually such a bad place/ organisation...fair enough sometimes the Macdonalds service/experience isnt always fantastic but on the whole I dont think its that bad anymore

well I think they are trying their best and dont always deserve the scorn they receive

I really like Macdonald's coffee. I KNOW it is crap, but it was all I could afford when I was a struggling student/early work years on the way to uni/office and now I have an acquired taste for it. Not the new posh cappuccino stuff, the manky filter stuff.

I think everyone who reads FFN stops eating at McDonalds for a year then gets drawn back in. I did.

Hocus. I haven't eaten there since but I must admit I almost wanted to when pregnant. You know sometimes you just want something really dirty. Like a pot noodle.

I don't buy it because they don't let their staff join a union and in America they closed down an outlet and opened one fifty yards away to circumvent employment laws.

And they were first to introduce zero hours contracts.

They are a triumph of capitalism. It's up to every individuals political bias to decide if that is a good thing.

Yes. It only takes one visit. Then you are hooked.

When I was pregnant I kept craving KFC. Dp wasn't too happy as the nearest one was 15 miles away!

BUT LFC....if those facts are correct, and they might not be completely accurate as there is positive nad negative reporting spin put on all kinds of stories, isnt that something that the employees should take up themselves...I mean there are enough of them?

why does that effect the consumer
