I bought a Green house, and DH promised to put it up for me this today.

Has he? has he hell.

Instead he has sat playing WOW all bloody day.

I have bought all the grow bags, pots, got all the plants and I want to plant them.

All day he has been saying, 'yeah yeah I will do it.'

He has not.

He now says he needs somebody else to do it with him.

Has he arranged for DS to come and help.

NO he has not.

He has stopped to cook dinner (he always cooks, because he wants to)

He has now said,

'OK I will do it after dinner!'

Of course he can just do it on his own now miraculously.

And it wont matter that he will be using power tools and there is a toddler that goes to bed at 6.30 next door.

He knows I wont let him do it this late!

And that I have been waiting around all day

why don't you say you are going to do it yourself and head out there. Hopefully you will embarrass him into it!!

I think you need to have a bash at doing it yourself TBH

In wish i could do it myself, as I would, I was a single Parent for years and always did things like this myself.

But I know suffer from Lupus and Fibromyalgia, and although I can still do day to day things, I find it hard to do anything that requires lifting for things above shoulder height.

my dh is at work all day
I would be happy if someone was cooking dinner!
I suspect he's right though, it will take 2 people to put up surely?

Well in that case your DH is doubly crap.

Go and thump him with something.

BigC it may well do, but did he tell me this when he got all the paperwork about it last night

No

If he had I could have arranged for help for him

Power4 tools, he was muttering something about having to use a drill last night.

I must admit he is generally very good, cooks everyday and does his share of housework etc.

Until he starts playing WOW.

I want to batter him, and whoever wrote that bloody game.

Me and my 2 have been waiting for my twat to put a bike and scooter together for a week now! Is it something in the air?

It only took DH to put up our greenhouse, but I suppose it is his baby rather than mine so he was happy to do it.
