...including 3 (or 4 if you consider intra-UK countries) between-country moves, at least 7 city/town/locations moves?We have 2 kids now and have been here for 3 years, and I like it, and they like it. Why can't he just go bloody travelling for 6 months every year and leave us to stay put? It would be actually financially viable (at a stretch), at least for the next few years.Is this grounds for some form of separation?
it's really not good for dc to move frequently.could he make do with a few extended holidays each year?
I agree. I don't know a single person who moved about in childhood and didn't hate it. I THINK he could, but he's looking for his place on Earth, kind of thing. So: he won't stay put, but he won't go travelling by himself either. He's just _being there_ full of misery. Ugh.
At least moving so often keeps the clutter down. We've been here for >10 years, and the accumulated c**p is unbelievable.
