I spent all morning yesterday trying to get tickets for Take That
Spoke to a friend of mine last night and she managed to get 4 and she's going with her sister so has 2 spare.
I asked her if i could buy the 2 spare ones off of her and she told me that she only bought 4 so she could put 2 on Ebay and if i want them i can bid like everyone else

She's probably wanted them to stick on ebay so she could make a profit on them for a bit of extra cash. If she sold to you she'd just sell them at the price she paid.

She could have explained a bit more, but if that's the case you can't really blame her.

i would be tempted to open a new account on ebay put in a massive bid and then just not pay so she has to readvertise[not sure if thta would work cos don't use ebay] but me being in a vile mood today .
failing that i would ring her and say how much do you think you will get on ebay for those tickets and then when she says reply oh good cos i thought OUR freindship was priceless but obviously you think it's worth [insert whatever amount she said] no worries my mistake i now know it's worthless and leave her to it.
if i had tickets and i knew my mate wanted some i would go out of my way to help her.

Shes not the only one to do this. She can cut the cost (or get all the money plus more) for the spare ones she managed to get, what is so unreasonable about that? Sensible IMO.
Tescos buys things cheaply, sells them for more.
