This was bought for my son who is 5 1/2

dino skeleton there is a non-helpful video.

It comes with instructions that say pop the pieces out, put together, then paint, or paint and then put together. No pictures of the final product to even give me a clue.

My son was bought the T Rex skeleton with no information on how to put the wooden pieces together. I have contacted the company, asking them for help, telling them I have a very disappointed 5 year old, to be told "it's a puzzle" so no instructions.

Even the front of the box has a different dinosaur on it so no clues there, it says it is from 3+.

AIBU?

not at all surely it must do?
How are you to know how to put it together unless one of your parents works in a dinosaur museum?

even then the peices are not like bones

Silly idiots.

lol..yes you are...what's wrong with him fgs can't he even put a simple model together!!

No seriously...ds had a submarine one of those things..no instructions either. dh and him started of very enthusiastically...untill dh gave up in frustration. Somehow ds managed to make it vaguely resemble a submarine.However...my instructions are bin the fecker now while you still have the chance because 'slot together' they do not. ds's falls apart constantly and he won't let me bin it.
Do you have an open fire? Good kindling i reckon

i have made one fo these before, it was a huge one that none of my ex's family could put together, i loved it and looked for another like it but could only find the small kids ones, that one slotted together, they are tight so you dont need to glue it!

Mum2OliverJames you are only 100 miles away, maybe I could pop round?

I can figure the ribs out and the head and tail but there are lots of connecting parts.

I hate it when things don't come with instructions. It is like an air-fix kit without instructions.

They provide glue for you to stick it together, the paint and the flippin paint brush, but instructions? No why on earth would you need them
