Tigerschick Tue 28-Oct-08 18:25:08

I read LoveMyGirls' post first and nearly closed the thread - then figured I may as well read the OP ... and all became clear grin

PsychoAxeMurdererMum Tue 28-Oct-08 18:30:14

I did wonder if anyone would think 'dirty' rather than what I was really ranting about

winkgrin

and, can;t lick it off, it is all hairy.....

((spilt on the carpetwink

Footballs? Or the wee bouncy ones they seem to <god only knows how> accumulate?

Tell DH you want more wine NOW or there will be no playing with any kind of balls later....grin

PsychoAxeMurdererMum Tue 28-Oct-08 18:43:18

he is currently cooking dinner for me so I cannot possibly now <sulk> and demand more wine.....((altho, TBF, it was only a glass full....I DO have more in the bottlewink)), tis just that I have had a very very very demanding day with my aunt and upset children and the wine was the very last straw that broke me IYGWIM.

Oh, and it was a mini ball, bouncy, bigger than normal bouncy balls but smaller than a football.

in fact, tennis ball size solid rubber bouncy ball.

only thing in their favour........wine glass is still in one piece!

TheInvisibleSpookDidIt Tue 28-Oct-08 18:56:41

hatrick, I am afraid so. They find balls early on in life I have found, and rarely let them go<<sigh>>

and yes, he is cooking for me invisablespook.......but I had trauma with my aunt, so he felt that it was cook or starveblush......

TheInvisibleSpookDidIt Tue 28-Oct-08 19:23:37

Good for you.. you have him well trained grin. Hope everything is ok for you.

Am practicing my pouty 'go back out and buy me wine or I'll cry' look for when dh come in blush.

Hatick, you will soon become an expert in all the types of balls and thier uses if you have sons grin

PsychoAxeMurdererMum Tue 28-Oct-08 20:07:50

he is well trainedgrin

altho not in the use (or lack of) balls in the house!!!

It was only when it got to the part about knocking your wine over that it all became clear blush

Knocking my wine over is a hanging offence in this household grin

PsychoAxeMurdererMum Wed 29-Oct-08 08:57:22

awww kerry, you could have made it rude if you'd liked!!! any ball playing irritates me if on showwink

sunny......it very nearly was a hanging offence. Even DH cowered in the wrath of my glare.....and that was ALL I needed to do.....GLARE. And they knew I was ever-so-slightly irritated.......
