Ooooooooo that is a shame can't you live the dog in the Garden or something?

That is shit.

Maybe when you tell the other Mum she will let you bring the dog? Or why not invite her round on the Monday for lunch or tea?

Put the dog in the car?

Why can't the dog be left on it's own?

that's crap
can dh/dp take your dd to the party or look after dog and pick up your parents, or a friend / neighbour of your parents?

ohdearwhatamess Fri 24-Oct-08 09:40:37

Can you go to some of it but leave early to pick up your parents?

Can the dog not be left alone at your house?

Most birthday teas don't last forever, and at age 2, more than an hour or 2 would probably be too much.

Leave the dog

Tell your parents to call your mobile and then your can nip out or leave early.

OH, are you at your parents house a few hours away from yours...?

<<dimly remembers similar thread>>>

If so, I would ask your parents (if you can contact them) if there is a friend who can let the dog out...?
Can they take a taxi home?

Or have the little friend around next week and do a special tea for the pair of them.

Ah, OP makes more sense now.
