maybe... If he's not used to the exercise then he will be tired for the first few weeks but will get used to it over time and the exercise will have positive health benefits and over time may increase his energy levels. Of course rugby carries quite a risk of injury too which you may think negates the benefits of the exercise.
he is 13. no, this is the only sport he does or doesnt do. he gave up before because we moved but i have vague recollections of trying to get him up on a sunday morning before. perhaps it will get better.<<hopeful>>
