Sorry - first post and a bit of a rant!
Why oh why can I not just go to work without feeling guilty about something?
DD is 9 and no problem - DS is 3 and no problem.
My mother is 65 and acts like a spoilt 2 year old when I say DS is going to the childminder more often when he starts nursery next week instead of spending every day woth her like he was before the summer hols (change of job in a new town - it's complicated!)
My DH is always telling me to stand up to her more and THAT makes me feel guilty.
Other mums (friends/ex-friends) implying I am a second rate mum just because I go to work.
I AM PEEVED!!! I am good at my job and I love it but most importantly I am a good Mum and my kids are the most important things in my life. They don't seem to have a problem with me working so why does everyone else?!
RANT OVER - maybe I need therapy!!
