To have a raging crush on just about every hot blooded male?

I think it's getting a bit out of control. Last night I was watching X Factor that I had taped and yes, would you believe it, I even developed a mini crush on Simon Cowell.

Now answer me this: is it normal to have constant crushes at age 35? Since having my DS a year ago (and consequent dip in frequency of sexual be honest) I have had a crush on just about everyone. I spend my time thinking 'Oooh, he's hot!' about just about everyone from footballers on the telly to the man who was at the playground with his daughter yesterday.

AArgh. And now Simon Cowell? It's all wrong. I don't think I'd have an affair, but what's going on?

YANBU - well apart from the football players.

I have mini crushes all over the shop and they don't even have to be hot blooded - Ben Kingsley anyone?

They pass. Just imagime them being crap in bed and you soon get over it!!

Does this happen around your mid cycle? I am totally oblivious to men until I'm ovulating when I suddenly find my eyes being drawn to male bottoms for a couple of days grinblush

No yanbu - I'm 38, have been happily married for 15 years and TBH haven't had a great deal of interest in men during that time. In the last 12 months, I 've gone really peculiar. The other day I actually waited for a man to approach the zebra crossing so I could watch him cross blush and poor old DH said he's getting scared about my libido (I think he was joking!)

I think it's our bodies trying to get us another DC before it's too late TBH. sad

It's so reassuring to know that I'm not alone! Hopefully the Cowell thing will pass... and yes, you're spot on, I think I am ovulating.

I think I'll just kick back and enjoy it (that Milliband man was on the news this morning and that set it off again...). wink
