AIBU?

To hate the ice cream van that passes my house every day at DDs bedtime and not for the reason you think?

My DD is 7 months old and goes to bed at 7pm. Just as she peacefully drifts off into slumber the ice cream van turns up! The sudden noise wakes her up and makes her scream, so I wait for her to either re-settle herself or decide she wants to have one last hug goodnight.

BUT...the real problem is I'm trying to lose weight and I want an ice cream. Might give in tonight .

mini milks are small, calorie light and remind you of your childhood

I want to throw stones at mine, but then it regularly parks across our drive and has everyone staring into our conservatory whilst we are eating. Or else it arrives at bedtime. grrr.
We always seem to have ice creams in the fridge and so dinner ends as dh goes off to get himself one
