That's ridiculous!

Is your DD at a special school?

If you got 100% cotton white polo shirts, maybe you could machine-dye them?

Have you spoken to them about it?

Perhaps i you explain you will go through a lot of them through the year they would allow a cheaper alternative?

It's dead easy - dye from Woolies, bag of salt and into machine. What are they going to do if she's in the wrong shade of green? Sedn her home, for goodness sakes? You'd think they'd be more accommodating, especially for children in the resource base.

lots of dyes here, any the right green?

Maybe if you wrote up a formal letter?

Is it a state primary school. If so then they cannot insist that you buy uniform with a logo. They can't insist that you have uniform at all actually but that is another argument!!!!

They have to accomadate the needs of the chuldren in the Resource base!
DS starts in the Resource base of a ms school in Sept and I expect them to make adjustments for him.

may be i dreamt this but I am sure that I heard on the radio that there had been a ruling that school soon won;t be able to do this any more and that uniforms have be able tqO be bought from any where and logos can be ironed on, sorry if this is incorrect !!
