To ask for help to work out why I am annoyed by this email?

Have received this email from DD's school. It has really annoyed me, but I can't put my finger on why! Body shaming? Individual choice? Please help me articulate it! "Dear Parents / Carers As we now have warmer weather and children are wearing summer clothing, we are recommending that Year 5 / 6 girls wear a crop top or a ‘first bra’ underneath their tops or dresses. This is to support their developing bodies and for their own comfort, this will especially help during any physical activities. Kindest regards"
