Are these grandparents rude to me?

I would like to hear other people's experiences of if this is normal or just plain ignorant . Whenever me and LO see my partners parents, they ALWAYS flat out ignore me and don't greet me at all, only my LO. They say hello to her and have over the top greetings but as I said they don't even acknowledge me.I know they are happy to see there grandchild, but surely a bit of eye contact or small hello would be nice? They are nice other than this. Is this plain rude or AIBU?
