Got this 'friend' who is the first to jump in at every opportunity to say 'oh, you've done that wrong'.
One of her hallmarks is calling you out when you've supposedly let others down.
Her call out today on a WA group is when I've said after watching Bohemian Rhapsody how tragic for poor Freddie Mercury to die at such a young age from aids.
Her response? Spoiler alert! 'Ruined that for me now'. It's a public fact not a work of fiction. What next, letting her know the titanic sinks!
Any suggestions on a response that is better than F off?

It sounds like she was joking but because you don't like her you were 
at her message. As others have said, your response should be .. "well guess what? The ship sinks in titanic too!! " you look like you're in on her joke , and if she wasn't joking she just comes across as thick!

When it came out I was talking to some people at work and I said ‘does he die at the end?’ - that got me roasted for about a month 
I meant, is his death / struggle with aids a major plot point, as I would struggle to watch it if so; not ‘did Freddy Mercury die?’
So I WAS asking for a spoiler and I still got called an idiot haha

If it's a group chat the I reckon her disbelief at that shocker of a spoiler raised a few snorts I mean what the fuck was she expecting? It's not like it was some massive secret that was only made public in the film. Is she a bit dim, OP?
