To refuse to treat a Covid patient?

I'm an NHS nurse. Very reluctantly refused to treat a covid patient today due to inadequate ppe and the fact that I didn't want to risk my children getting it and me getting it and not being around to see my children grow up. I feel absolutely awful for doing it but know I would never ever forgive myself if I brought it home and one of my children die from it.
