get himself over to the States to account for his actions and to give evidence for those poor victims of abuse. He's a bloody disgrace.

He’s vile.

If he is innocent he would be doing anything in his power to prove it.

Absolutely. He's a bloody coward and needs to take responsibility for his associations and actions.

He doesn't have to go to the States to answer questions, he can answer them here. It's the American cops who are dragging their heels but they have far bigger fish to investigate than Andrew. They appear to have just caught the biggest.

Here's a question. Does the American "Pleading the Fifth [Amendment]" thing about not being forced to say things that may incriminate you apply to non US citizens being interviewed on US soil?

He’s a slime ball without a spine

I’m going completely against the grain.
Unless he’s accused of underage sex then leave him be. He was known as Randy Andy back then and it was open knowledge what he was like. Different times back then

I am sure he could be interviewed in the US embassy to save a journey.

I feel for the Queen as he has embarrassed the Royal Family.

She was under the legal age in the USA.

The issue isn’t the age, it’s the trafficking which is against the law in both countries...

It applies to anyone facing a criminal charge in a US court. Much as Trump (and others) might like to pretend it doesn't.

But it really doesn't mean what most people think it does.

It also would not apply to any extradition proceedings anyway.

Well, if he was known as “Randy”, and times were different, then that’s all okay then... Hmm

I think it's less an age thing, and much more about consent. Trafficking victims cannot consent.

Rape doesn't have an age limit. Sex with women who have been coerced into it is rape. @Mehmen

Zero sympathy for the rapey nonce.

I sincerely hope he's not allowed to hide behind the royal tag.

Epstein was best buds with a whole host of big names - politicians, royals, etc I think the question of whether Andrew knew what Epstein was about is obvious to all but the willfully blind. It’s the other question that needs answering now.

Yes, he is disgusting. The royal family needs to face this and stop blocking USA extradition petition.

I agree, if he were innocent, he'd have spoken to them ages ago. He is morally repugnant.

Andrew is a sex pest/ nonce , lets call it what it is

he doesnt need to go to the US but should offer himself open to questioning , if he goes down the route of answering pre agreed questions put forward by his smart lawyers he should realise that is not the same thing

the public will / have made up their mind

I wonder if Air Miles Andy will not be able to go abroad anywhere now in case the FBI/US manage to extradite or kidnap him from there.

I try to avoid populist pile-ons but Andrew went to stay with Epstein after he'd been convicted of sexual crimes. It was public and he still went there. That interview with Maitlis was horrendous, it was totally clear he feels he can do as he pleases with whomever he wants. I have lots of respect for her Maj, but I think it's time this monarchy was slimmed to just the main family. Andrew needs to face the music

The age is irrelevant. The woman was a victim of sex trafficking.

On a different tack - I think the Americans getting on their high horse about this is a bit ironic given their stance on the woman who mowed down UK citizen Harry Dunn.

If there is even the slightest suggestion of young girls being abused he must go and give evidence. The girls might still need help.
There seems to be a lot of evidence about 14 year old girls being trafficked, if he knows anything he should tell.
If he had sex with them he should so to jail for the rest of his life.

This! Is what I came on here to say.

I have no high opinion of or liking for Prince Andrew but this woman killed a teenage boy, failed to stop, then used diplomatic immunity to escape all charges. So the USA can fuck off now they want someone who is (presumably) immune from having to go and answer their charges.
