I missed my period last month and thats never happened. Did 4 pregnancy tests all negative. Went to the hospital pregnancy test negative. Second month and period doesn’t seem to be coming even though I’m due. Not in any contraception as we have been trying. Can anyone help? Has anyone been this late with negatives and actually been pregnant.. I’m so worried. 😒

It is stress more than likely. Your cycle is very sensitive. You’re trying to have a baby and am not pregnant, it definitely has an impact.

Were you regular before? If your period doesn't come this month, book an appointment with the GP. Periods suddenly stopping is not normal, and as much as it could be stress, it could also be a number of other things. Best to get a medical opinion OP

I knew someone who kept getting negatives so didn’t realise until she was something like 5 months pregnant! It can happen.

Hi! Did you ever find out after this what the problem was? I’m going through the same thing now although only one month.. but all negative tests.

I’m going through this at the moment too. Two tests had really faint positive lines but every other test is negative. I’m two weeks late and had nausea and a bad back. Just want to know either way.

Sudden weight loss/gain can do this. Its happened to me
Also stress
And weirdly doing too much exercise! This combined with sudden weight loss did it for me.

Any other symptoms?
Breast tenderness or fullness, weight gain on thighs, funny taste in mouth, aversion to say, coffee?
Are you now suddenly working with a dominant female who's hormones are altering your monthly cycle?
Unexpected stress, job worry, family emergency, sleep pattern altered?

Early menopause? It’s more common than people think

It can happen that your ovaries do not release an egg every month. When younger I would have frequent bouts of "missed" periods. I wasn't diagnosed with pcos until after having difficulties getting pregnant.

For me, it was my first symptoms of what turned out to be early menopause. Probably from about age 37.

Oh @HollaHolla, I hope it’s not that for the OP if she’s TTC Sad

@Rotundandhappy I know. Me too. Really hope it’s not that. I was TTC at the time, with my ex-fiancé. Didn’t happen, and I think the early menopause was obviously a contributing factor.
Good luck, OP.

I’m hoping not early menopause as I’m only 27! Breast fullness but not sore, definite weight gain around thighs and bum, just noticed this in the last week. Work has been pretty stressful so I wouldn’t be surprised if it was that. Severe aversion to meat 2 weeks ago which lasted about a week, and lost nearly half a stone that week through the nausea but hasn’t been bad since. I’m demented.

Lots of things cause delayed menstruation. I once went 92 days, then back to a regular cycle. I went to the docs a few time’s and they just shrugged and said it was one of those things.

I made an appointment at my doctors for tomorrow as felt quite poorly again today, only to come home tonight and do another hpt... another faint positive! I’m so confused! I’m scared to get my hopes up! Hopefully will get some proper answers tomorrow at my appointment.

I had nausea and fatigue and no period and several negative pregnancy tests before I finally had a positive test. I was in my mid-30s and it was my third pregnancy. I think I was 18 weeks when I finally tested positive. It’s unusual to get so many false negatives but it’s certainly possible.

This happened to me too. Unfortunately I wasn't pregnant, the issue was that I have annovulation (I don't ovulate every month) and it was messing with my cycles. So one month I could have a 28 day cycle and the next could be 68. It might be worth a visit to see your GP to put your mind at ease Flowers
