To be a little scared

About an hour ago, whilst wearing flip flops, I (accidentally) kicked a low level wall in the garden as I was attempting to walk around it. Much hopping and trying to swear as quietly as I could.

Now indoors, I pulled a stool up to the table and (this is a bit harder to explain) not realising a leg had become loose on the stool I sat down on it whilst my little finger was in the gap between the seat of the stool and the loose leg. I was up out that seat so fast and wincing, silently screaming and convinced I’d lost the end of my little finger.

Now, they say things come in threes. AIBU to be a little scared right now?
