Going from just what you’ve said, it doesn’t strike me that hes not into you. He’s maybe just anxious about seeing you again. Why don’t you say something like, “I can’t wait to see you. Let me know when you’re next free.

That way the balls in his court and he’s not under too much pressure and he’ll feel in control.

If he has Aspergers then he may find change and transitions anxiety-provoking , or he may be more anxious about his weight than you realise.. I wouldn't write him off hust yet OP.

He has put on weight, he's told me and sent me pictures to which I've been complimentary, he also knows I like bigger guys anyway so it can't be that.

He's managed to see his friends socially distanced. His brothers girlfriend even cut his hair in a garden (apparently she was wearing gloves and a mask)

Maybe he's put on weight and wants to loose it before he sees you?

Boyfriend of a a year and a half, live apart so haven't seen each other since before lock down.

When the new social bubble rules came out we talked about it and we were excited about finally seeing each other.

I was working every day till Thursday so I said twice last week that I would come over Thursday evening after work if its not too late. He didn't say much back and changed the subject both times. In the end I just didn't mention it again and decided to wait for him to bring it up and he didn't. So yesterday I asked him does he even want to see me and he then invited me over that night. I couldn't come at that point and I just felt like he only invited me because I was upset.

For the past 3 months he's been messaging me constantly about how much he misses me, how lock down sucks and about how he doesn't want to lose me.

I asked him why he didn't say anything in response of me trying to make plans, he said he finds things difficult because of his asperges.

He didn't have a problem making plans pre lockdown so I'm pretty confused.

He's full of shit isn't he??
