to expect DH to make my sanwiches with non-rotten ingredients?

I open my lunchtime sandwiches today to reveal rotten black lettuce and foul stench. Yes yes I know it's nice that he made me my sandwiches but is it too much to expect them to be edible and unlikely to give me food poisoning? Oh yes and I am PREGNANT by the way...

Is that you skidoodle? Yes that was bloody inconsiderate! Stay safe and buy sarnies? No more bad sandwiches or arguments! LOL

He's probably done it to make sure you don't ask him again!

Tell him they were delicious, bet he'll be miffed!

I once gave my DP a joint of beef that i had rescued from our dogs mouth!

My friend and her husband must have a very weird sense of humour. They would take turns in doing the sarnies, once she found a scone in hers that she knew was out of date - so the next day, she put it in his, then the next day etc for a few days or so - this then degenerated into it turning up in breif cases and parcel shelves in cars They are still together!

oh no I don't think he did it on purpose chantilly! He is just rather lax when it comes to hygiene of all kinds. He has been known to leave a poo (dd's not his own) on the carpet - not noticing that it was there for a few hours before i cam home and strangely enough spotted it pretty much immediately...

no I'm not skidoodle tori32 but I MUCH prefer her name!

Mine's like that too! I left the bathroom bin overflowing for 3 days (literally loo roll tubes, tissues, empty shampoo bottles) to see if he'd notice! Did he????

mines as bad was so sick of spending hours ironing his clothes only to find them rolled in balls on the floor{done while searching for a specific blood t shirt or whatever}that i stopped ironing his clothes altogether 3 months on nand he hasnt even noticed yet!!!and why oh why do empty packets of things end up back in the press and full packets get left sitting on the counter rant rant rant rant

But fairyjay... he can also cook his dinner and wash his clothes. So I supose having DHs to do something for us in return (like sandwiches) with the same care we do things for them it's only fair.
