Loud neighbours. Is there anything more annoying?

I mean people who can't have a conversation without shouting? I live 3 doors away from a family and I can hear almost every word they say.
Be in the garden, enjoy the weather, have the kids out playing but ffs just ralk normally.
I'm in the back room with the doors and windows shut and I've just heard their conversation with another equally loud neighbour.
