I've just measured my waist and it's 34 inches. My jeans btw are size 32 so they are lying to me. And the NHS say I should have a waist measuring under 31.5" Blush What is yours ?

Once you have a waist measurement you can go here fitness.bizcalcs.com/Calculator.asp?Calc=Body-Fat-Navy add the neck measurements and find out what your body fat percentage is

26 but I wear a bigger waist usually. I think my jeans are 28 but that's because I don't like close fitting clothes generally.

31 inches. Nurse said it was quite high when I had my 40 year check up and recommended I see the GP to see what I could do to reduce it.

I ignored her though - I am 5'11 and my BMI is 21.

30, I wear a 10/12 usually
I thought I was a 28 because DH wears 30/32 and his jeans only stay up on me because I have a fat bum 😂

Mine is 31/ 32 (bloat variations) though my jeans are 29! It’s not perfect, but I’m 5ft 10 and not overweight and I’m fit. I can’t see how a 5ft woman and a 5ft 10 woman can use the same number.

34 inches. Apparently 34 inches is when it can start being detrimental to your health. I am an obese size 18 but very hourglass which is less dangerous to your health. I feel fine how I am but will prob try to get down to a 16 at some point.

My waist is 32"

But my arse is 46" (and bust 42") so I'm ridiculously portioned.
Buying clothes is a nightmare.

33 inches and I'm a size 14 so that's about right. But it's down from 39 inches in January [preens]

27

Very annoying as sizes are 26 & 28 so I have to chose between being cut in half or saggy bum/leg look

30 inches, though like PP jeans are 29. My waist is my thickest part, always has been. I have really skinny arms and legs but have never had a defined waist, always just been straight up and down. I wear a size 10.

It was 24. At nearly six months pregnant I hate to think!!

I think some people may be measuring their hips not waist.
