Hands and feet getting darker

My hands and feet are getting noticeably darker. I wouldn’t mind if the rest of me did too but it’s looking really odd this morning. I have light olive skin naturally. Anyone know how to even out the skin? Or even what could be causing this? I googled and reynauds disease coming up! I stopped using google after this

Buzz - I do feel cold all the time and people have commented in past how cold my hands are!

The colour doesn’t come n go but coldness does

Do you have any other symptoms? I'd contact your GP. Addison's disease comes to mind as it can involve sensitivity to cold and darkened skin, but I'm no Dr.
