Reporting neighbours?

I live in Wales, we are still under lockdown. Our neighbours have a static caravan on their property, 2 people have turned up today, never seen them before, they are now settled in the caravan. Should I report neighbours?

Do you have nothing better to do than to stare at your neighbours caravan all day?

I have people that have been going on living their lives as normal as possible with a passion. I’ve replied to posts saying as much. But FFS even I’m getting fed up to the eyeballs with ‘shall I report’ posts. Why do you have to ask? Either do it and don’t expect much to happen apart from neighbour hostility, or don’t, and stop curtain twitching. Why do people need the opinion of MM massive before they can make a decision?

You ain’t gonna stop people from doing what they want. Even in these times.

What harm are they doing in the caravan though?

Just leave them alone.
