To be annoyed with this

I had blood tests last Wednesday told results would back Friday. I rung up on Friday to be told after the weekend. I’ve just called today and been told they won’t be being looked at till Thursday as the doctor isn’t in till then. I admit I do have anxiety and this making me worry more. I assume it’s nothing urgent but would have made me feel more relaxed to be told that.

Ask if another doctor could review them?

They have said that only she can review them. Any other gp surgeries that me and my family have been registered with have just got the doctor working that day to review them.

I honestly don’t see what difference it makes as surely they can all access the same information.
