Sleeping pattern!

So, waking at 5.30am, falling back to sleep and waking again at 1pm. Falling asleep at midnight, recently later. Repeat.

This is not just me, but family too. We're trying to stay at busy/active as possible during the day, avoid caffeine near the evening, etc.
