No loud cheers or yelling.
Detailed questions

And Matt Hancock being told off and threatened with ejection was just the best thing ever.

I quite like seeing Johnson floundering under pressure from Starmer and looking round for encouragement from an absent baying mob. He's go nowhere to hide anymore.

I've got to be honest. Matt Hancocks facial expressions have kept me entertained. He looked shifty at one point then smarmy, he had a row then he stared at Bozza 😂

I will be forever grateful for Charlie Brooker comparing Matt Hancock to "your sisters first boyfriend with a car" Grin. How can anyone ever take him seriously after that?

I'm disappointed Sir Lindsay didn't advise Mancock to 'watch his tone'.

Get yourself someone who looks at you the way Matt Hancock looks at Boris Johnson Grin

And Kier Starmer is starting to remind of my favourite courtroom drama's where he delivers justice with a killer take down. Seriously hot right now Blush.

Definitely a highlight of lockdown for me. Though I hadn't quite realised before how much time is wasted on sycophantic questions that are just a waste of everyone's time. This week it was something about Eastbourne and last week it was something like '"Will the Prime Minister, who is amazing and lovely and handling the pandemic so brilliantly blah blah be able to come to Yorkshire and go on our steam train soon...?" Wtf- have we really got time for this shit in the current circumstances?

Will the Prime Minister, who is amazing and lovely and handling the pandemic so brilliantly blah blah be able to come to Yorkshire and go on our steam train soon

That sounds like a genuine question Grin

I love it when Keir says "Well, I am disappointed to hear that"

Someone needs to make a compilation video of Starmer taking down Boris.

I am sure one of the people like Meggie Foster or Sarah Cooper would do a fantastic job of mimicing PMQs

Starmer has got an open goal at the moment.

I love the way Starmer pulls him up every time on his waffling bluster. 'I hear what you saying, however the question was ...' It doesn't get an answer but it does take a highlighter pen to the bullshit for everyone to see.

This is basically must see viewing.

I wonder how much preparation and role playing each one does?

Johnson's eyes looked deranged.

Hancock looked like a sulky frustrated teenager. Every PMQs must remind him that his own government will throw him under the bus in due course. Compulsive viewing.

I'm actually finding Keir Starmer's total competence quite a turn on Grin

Report
Cherryghost · 20/05/2020 18:26

I guarantee Boris does no preparation, I'm sure there's a article somewhere him admitting he turns up places (before he was PM) where he has been paid to give a talk and he just wings it every time with stupid stories and waffle

Can't comment on Starmer, but I agree Snips! Theres nothing quite as hot as a competent man!

It's great to have a strong opposition and totally shows Boris Johnson up for being all bluster and no substance. But someone on another thread said Keir Starmer looked like a person who has shut their hand in a drawer and is trying not to show it and I can't help thinking of that when I see him now
