Is it a thing nowadays?
When my sons were small, 32 and 34 now, the only places you could get nice bright clothing for boys was Gap, Benetton or Oshkosh. Other than that it was navy, brown or beige, it's what got me into dressmaking, outfits for the boys.
I loved oshkosh especially.
I know nowadays its probably organic neutral, but do they still do well over here in the UK, ?
I was browsing and their site came up and brought back memories.

Gosh yes, OshKosh short dungarees were the sweetest and very hard wearing.

They still have a hardcore cult following but it has spread out to other brands now. You can get the look cheaper at supermarkets and stuff sometimes but we dress in lots of bright scandi brands now.

Controversial but I hated the OshKosh clothing my little brother was dressed in when we were kids and it totally put me off ever dressing a baby or young toddler in denim. It just seemed so harsh on his delicate skin and looked so strange on him. And I hated seeing him in the rough polo shirts they used to do too.

I’d agree that it’s more Scandi clothes that are on trend now in bright gender neutral soft fabrics.

OshKosh b’Gosh.
The designer kids wear of the 80s. So cute.
Mine wore clothes from a place in Bristol called Kidstuff. Similar clothes to OshKosh, rainbow jumpers and T-shirts, matching socks or tights and brightly coloured dungarees. Wish I had kept them.

I have a two year old boy and last year I bought a bag full of Oshkosh colourful dungarees from a carboot and I loved them! I had never heard of the brand before then though.

My three all wore OshKosh b'gosh. We had one pair of coveralls passed around friends that went through 6 kids when my oldest Ds wore them, and I gave them bck to a friend and they went onto more kids after.
I used to shop the OshKosh outlet store where we lived Dd wore very cute flower print coveralls. The tee shirts and other stuff lasted well just like the denim.
Loved those clothes and Gymboree

I have 6–7 oshkosh things handed down. My 18 month old is the 7th to wear them and some items look as good as new.

I lived in a very affluent area when mine were little so I got rich pickings from the charity shops. I remember OshKosh fondly. Also Clothkits!

Sil sent a couple of their things over from the States about 20 years ago, got to be honest, I didn't like them all that much.

My DCs mid-late 20s wore Osh Kosh. Long and short dungarees, and pink dungaree dress for DD. I got them second hand before Ebay was a thing.

I also loved Gymboree. DH would bring back Gymboree from business trips.
