I am in London and haven’t struggled to get anything. But I know I am very fortunate to have lots of shops close by - some excellent small independent shops as well as larger supermarkets. Lots of delivery options available too.

Lancashire
No problem with getting anything
As I don’t enjoy queuing I just shop at quieter times

Morrisons are selling flour now from their bakery wholesale bags. It's 60p a kilo and in the usual area FYI.

Fairylillie Tue 12-May-20 23:41:21

I live in Scotland and can't get flour, cake mix, icing sugar, chocolate chips for baking and eggs. I live in an area where it's mainly families and if you don't get to the supermarket quick then the baking isle is empty - I guess everyone is baking with their kids!

Ponoka7 Tue 12-May-20 23:41:47

Free range eggs, I'm in Liverpool. Our smaller shops and my local lidl have had plenty of flour.

Lucienandjean Tue 12-May-20 23:42:14

Scotland. I can't get Yorkshire Gold tea, or Tunnocks caramel wafers. Or yeast. Still yeast.

TheFlis12345 Tue 12-May-20 23:46:21

In London. Can get pretty much everything now, except yeast. That’s via Tesco though, I gather smaller shops have it but I still have a bit so not tried them yet.

raspberryrippleicecream Tue 12-May-20 23:51:51

North West. Flour sorted now thanks to Morrisons, eggs from milkman, but can't get icing sugar or chocolate chips.

Struggled with soda crystals for a bit too!

LockedInMadness Tue 12-May-20 23:53:24

Essex. Flour, free range eggs (will not buy caged) and quorn mince.

DramaAlpaca Tue 12-May-20 23:54:09

I'm in Ireland, so not the UK, and supermarkets are pretty much fully stocked now. I even found bread flour the other day, for the first time in weeks and it made my day grin. I think yeast is hard to get, but I have some in the house.

Grandmi Tue 12-May-20 23:55:50

Aroundtheworldin80moves Tue 12-May-20 23:57:42

DH got flour from Asda bakery counter yesterday.

In my regular shop, I haven't been able to get Red Leicester, condensed milk or chocolate chips

PickAChew Tue 12-May-20 23:58:16

NE

Whatever flour I need today. If I see flour, it's a random type.

Yeast.

Free range or even outdoor reared pork mince.

Markses are running out of their ground coffee. They've been stocking uo with taylors of Harrogate which is rather crap, these days.

Isithometimeyet0987 Tue 12-May-20 23:58:41

I’m in central London and no problem getting anything.

PickAChew Tue 12-May-20 23:59:52

Markses have been fine for free range and occasionally organic eggs, all along.
