Good responses to SIL please

Sent SIL a message as thought I should see if she's ok. Don't normally as we are very different and usually leave to DH. SIL lives abroad in a country where having a maid is commonplace. Her response was moaning about how they no longer have their maid every day due to lockdown (maid does half a day 5 or 6 days a week I think) and so she is 'incredibly busy.' It is just SIL and FIL, neither work, FIL old and needs a bit of looking after (eg feeding but then my kids need feeding). How do I respond without being a bitch but make her realise how lucky she has it?! DH and I like most are working full time, entertaining/ educating 3 kids etc. AIBU to ask for your clever and witty ways of telling her to suck it up and realise how lucky she usually is? God forbid she might have to put on some laundry, cook and a quick clean!
