They look amazing. What's your trick? Loads of oil?

strawberrylipgloss · 28/02/2020 17:45

They aren't the best because I haven't had the chance to taste one Grin

Lazydaisydaydream · 28/02/2020 17:45

The sides don’t look ruffled enough for me. But put some gravy on and I wouldn’t be complaining Grin

Not quite crispy enough for my tastes, but I'd still stuff them in my gob!! Well done

I would scoff them - as long as they were cooked in vegetable oil.

They look a bit greasy to me.

Report
HisValentine · 28/02/2020 17:50

It's a no from me sorry. I prefer a thicker crisp and them a bit battered. Trick is half way through roasting to gently mash them down with a potato masher so they split.

ActualHornist · 28/02/2020 17:51

Look lush. Not nearly enough tho Wink

They’re not the best tho, mine are, obvs.

Letseatgrandma · 28/02/2020 17:52

I prefer a lot more fluff and crunch on mine!

Report
Iminaglasscaseofemotion · 28/02/2020 17:53

Need to be crisper on the outside and fluffier on the inside for me, sorry op.

Alsohuman · 28/02/2020 17:53

They look lovely, OP, ignore the pps who wouldn’t know a good roastie if they fell over it.

onalongsabbatical · 28/02/2020 17:54

I'll be right round to try them, OP... Grin

I like them crispier.

Report
GruciusMalfoy · 28/02/2020 18:03

Did you give your pot a good shake before putting them into the roasting tin? I like doing that so they get scuffed up, helps them crisp up wonderfully!
