Many ovens only work once the clock is set.
Can you google the instruction manual?

It’s hard to see from the photos so I think I would just google the brand and look for the instruction manual.

no 3 is the oven
no 4 is the grill
125&6 are the hob

hmm, it's gas too? then the little switch to the left might be the ignition switch? if not it might be the oven light.

Believe me, I wasn't being sarcastic! I have been caught out myself. Once in an airbnb where the main switch was carefully concealed in a cupboard. Only found it because we were searching everywhere for the instruction book.
