Fellow twitter users - I don't follow Piers Morgan on twitter but I've seen a lot of his tweets about Harry and particularly Meghan retweeted by others. I can't believe the vitriol he has for her. I've reported many of them to twitter as "targeted harassment" (one of the twitter report categories) but of course twitter has done nothing.
Surely his abusive behaviour is something that no woman should have to put up with? (but of course Meghan's hands are tied - she can't say or do anything). Why don't the police have a word? (because if someone was running that sort of campaign against me, I would be asking them to). Or at least twitter do something about him - shut him down for a couple of weeks maybe?

Unfortunately she's a public figure, which means it's open season on her, and anyone else who classifies as a public figure (including Piers Poster Boy For White Male Privilege Morgan). The best you can do is ignore.

Piers is bitter because he thought he and Meghan were friends and she used to send him copies of Suits episodes before they were released in the UK. Then she got with Harry and dropped him, probably because he is a journalist and he can't help bigging himself up about his celebrity contacts (look at how he goes on about knowing Trump). He can't get over being dumped so is taking it out on her with his vitriol.

Possibly Meghan dropped hi because of his associations with the likes of Trump. It's well documented that she despises Trump.

Ironically, I suspect that Harry might had asked her to cut Piers Morgan out - it’s well known that he hates the red tops and Piers was in charge during the Diana years.

But if she was famous in some way other than being a member of the royal family, she would be free to try and get some kind of restraining order on him, surely?
He's a public figure too and that should mean that he should be accountable for what he says and does.
As an aside, I am flabbergasted that GMTV, which is supposed to be a family show, haven't tried to distance themselves from his arsehole opinions. I know there are other people who make a living out of being arseholes (eg Jeremy Clarkson - but his whole show is based on that premise). GMTV is something that is beams into half the kitchens around the country in the morning - Piers' presence certainly puts me off the brand.

Piers Morgan is named in many tabloid phone hacking cases which are still being dealt with in the chancery court. And who says his phone was hacked? Prince Harry.
