Disagreement over Food Shop AIBU

DH and I have two DC, one age three years and one age three months. When our eldest was born we decided that because I don’t drive DH would do the weekly food shop so that I didn’t have to do it with a small baby in a pram and getting it all home on the bus or walking. I write a list for DH and he goes to get the items. Before our baby was born we did the shop together at the weekend. Last night DH said that he is fed up of doing the weekly food shop and as a SAHM it’s my job. I agreed and said that from now on I would do the weekly food shop online and have it delivered to the house. My eldest would love helping his Mummy put it all away in the cupboards too. DH said that under no circumstances am I to do the weekly food shop online because the delivery vans are dirty and full of diseases. Instead he has suggested I divide the shopping list into four and do the food shop over four days. I would have to walk to the supermarket with the baby in the pram and our eldest on the back on the buggy board. I would only be able to carry a basket in the supermarket and the heavy bags would then have to go over the pram handles. I then walk home and put the shopping away, this for four afternoons in a row every week. I would have to carry two litre bottles of drinks, bottles and cans of beer and soft drinks, frozen food that would start to melt and bags of vegetables like potatoes, carrots etc. Our supermarket charges £2.00 for an off peak daytime delivery. If I were to get the bus home with the shopping because the weather isn’t good, £3.60 return or £2.00 one way. I told DH he has a choice, continue to do the food shop himself or I shop online. DH says I’m being unreasonable. I say DH is being unreasonable.....
