To be gibbering with fear at the prospect of my landlord coming round to visit?

I've never met him but have spoken to him on the phone and he's quite sort of blustery and abrasive (and then creepily sort of paternal). He reckons that it would be nice to meet me and is coming round tomorrow. SO I have been cleaning the place like mad and I'm just biting my fingernails off now.

Am I being a big wuss or what?
