AIBU?

Pork dinner on a toastie.. husband in a strop

My husband has just presented me with a breville:
Pork, roast potato, broccoli, carrot, Yorkshire pudding and cheese.
Am I being unreasonable - I turned up my nose to fuck, it was just plain weird.
He's now sulking and threatening to never ever make a toastie again as I am so ungrateful.

Also - it’s nearly two in the morning.

Was it like those Yorkshire pudding wraps you get at Christmas markets?

You'd never fit a Yorkshire into that.

Cheese? Confused It would've been perfect without the cheese.

Yeah definitely needed gravy, not cheese.

I think we need to know what kind of bread it’s on.

I struggle to make two types of cheese in my toastie makes, what sort of monstrous toastie maker do you have?

managedmis · 13/04/2019 01:53

Actually inside bread?

I would swap the cheese for stuffing and have a ramekin of gravy to dip in.

I don't eat meat but apart from that it =yummy!

Is the yorkie the bread or has he stuffed it all into bread too?

I'm with you. Whilst I like a nice roast dinner and then mop up the leftover gravy with a couples of slices of bread, to put it inside a toastie is just odd and I wouldn't eat it. Also, cheese? On pork and roast potatoes? And how big was each slice of bread? How did he he fit it all into a toastie without tearing the bread? Have you just had it now, at 2a.m.?

We could dip the awesome toastie in gravy like a sauce

Omg the Yorkshire pudding is the bread isn’t it, it’s not actually in the toastie

I need to go to sleep before I try and make this

I think I must be an absolute pig because that sounds filthy delicious to me. I’m very pro sandwich and roast dinner.

Without the cheese that would be yum, but what was he thinking putting cheese near it. I would file for divorce, that is definitely unreasonable behaviour!

With some gravy to dip it in drools
