To wonder why I'm seeing ads for things I've shown interest in on the Mumsnet app?

Was just on groupon looking at tarot readings (iabu for that) and now I'm getting ads for them on the mumsnet app.

I know our online activity is always saved and companies use it for advertising but does anyone know how this works? How has groupon linked to my mumsnet? Would this be down to mumsnet or the groupon app?

Maybe I just need to get off technology
