I like the Meluna cup. They do different sizes though, you'd need to get the right one.

And different types - soft, medium, & firm.

I’ve always used mooncup. I got my first in 2007 when there was less choice but I get on well with it so I have stuck with it.

You could try this quiz to see what it recommends putacupinit.com/quiz/

I'm looking at buying one too. Never used one before but I have had a Google and there's so many different brands and sizes it makes me very confused!! I'm also very nervous that I'll buy one and use it out in public and it'll leak or fall out!

I've got a Vida Cup and really like it. Much cheaper than some of the better known brands.

Lena cup! I've tried about 10 and this is my ultimate favourite!

Now going to try the quiz!

I went from the Femme cup to the Sckoon and now the Super Jennie.

The Super Jennie has been my favourite due to it's capacity. With the other cups I was changing it 3/4 times a day. With this one I just do it twice.

I use an organicup. I wanted to get a menstrual cup for ages but wasn't sure which one to get, so after lots of research I opted for the organicup and I would definitely recommend it. I've used it every month for about 8 months now and wouldn't go back to pads/tampons

I use a duchess cup

Meluna Large works good for me
