To ask for my medal?

I’ve just finished my first ever roll of cling film at the age of 36. Usually the end gets lost and it comes of it bits long before the end of the roll. Then after several attempts at trying to rectify the situation, I lose patience and chuck the bastard thing in the bin and get a new roll.

I am ready for my medal now. TIA.

I am still waiting for mine for finishing a lip balm without losing it.

Congrats OP! What an achievement!! Have you considered using the roll to make yourself a medal or fancy certificate from that?

This would also be an achievement for arts and crafts and would need recognition also! The world is your oyster!!!!

Bugger, thought that might work! Anyway have your lip balm medal. That is also quite the achievement.

I sorted my plastic box collection last month (even chucked the lids that do not fit anything).

And I have managed to keep it organised and NOT just chuck the boxes at the pile several times until it doesn't fall out.

Preens.

Once (years ago) I calmly finished a box of cereal before I ripped open the new one to find the Free Gift In The Box.

Not even a round of applause , let alone a medal

Mother you may also have a medal. I will take it back if you mess it up though

70 that’s not an achievement that’s just stupid. What would have happened if your annoying younger sibling had got there first?

Voila!

I have actually finished a bottle of vitamin tablets. Not just left them to gather dust.

To ask for my medal?

How did you do that?! (If I don't lose it, the kids nick it, or the cat hives off with it. . .)

I'm 35 and I don't think I've ever got to the cardboard of a cling film without ripping it all wrong and binning it in a strop then buying a new one.

I managed to keep a debit card until it actually expired, instead of breaking it, losing it, microwaving it (don't ask) or dropping it down a drain. MEDAL PLEASE

I’d like a medal for using my bronzer right to the end without dropping it and it falling in to clouds of goldy brown dust

For the first time ever last year I finished a bottle of shampoo conditioner at the same time. I had a double win though as I also finished my shower gel in the same shower. I looked so proud of myself walking downstairs with three empty bottles but my husband just didn't understand what a victory it was!

This achievement has yet to be repeated!

@Clevs That is my goal! Unfortunately I go through 3x as much conditioner as anything else so it never happens.

I’ve never finished a bottle of conditioner either!

I Marie Kondo’d my scarf draw at the weekend and have kept it tidy for a whole three days (hoping for chilly weather in the morning so I can smugly select an appropriately colour co-ordinated scarf with ease)

I LOVE finishing things and was astounded once when my DH said “oh you’ll be happy that’s finished”. It must be obvious but I never knew!

I once used a biro until all the ink had run out! I didn’t bite the end, lose the lid or swap to a different pen!

It was magnificent!
