This is not a real thing!

But I am working with a few people who are worth a huge amount of money and a few nights ago one of them was quite wasted and tried to pull up my dress. (I was not happy and responded as such and reported to my manager)

But, on hearing of his (fourth) young girlfriend who is obviously in it for the money. As she is gorgeous and he is vile.. envy I said to my DH... god, I think if I could get what they get, as a one off, I’d just do it.

I don’t think I would but god god they get a shocking amount of cash.

My DH though said... ‘well... if it was like... a million pounds. I could probably just get over it’

Then we had dinner and every other husband Agreed?!

Is this rare.. or...... ?!

I wouldn’t. Not amount of money is worth hurting my husband.

Sexnotgender Sun 31-Mar-19 22:17:41

No* not not.

Thehop Sun 31-Mar-19 22:20:15

My first reaction is yes I would but actually probably not worth the life time of hurt

BreconBeBuggered Sun 31-Mar-19 22:20:17

Sure I would. DH would understand, and I could take the piss about him living off immoral earnings to boot. Where do I sign?

SoleBizzz Sun 31-Mar-19 22:20:29

I would.

Horehound Sun 31-Mar-19 22:20:49

Yep I would

Inapickle230 Sun 31-Mar-19 22:20:58

Yes I would. I saw the film ‘indecent proposal’ and thought about it then. I sort of think that we sacrifice ourselves in other ways for money - working full time away from dc just to pay the bills, so yes I would. It would change my life so it would be worth it. I’m not sure how I’d feel afterwards though...

If Dh was ok with it sure. Million pounds is a hell of a lot of money.

Cheeeeislifenow Sun 31-Mar-19 22:25:29

Yes I would once DH doesn't make you happy but it gives you choices

edwinbear Sun 31-Mar-19 22:26:19

Yes, I would

bomanaise Sun 31-Mar-19 22:26:30

Without a doubt. And if DH was upset I'd just buy a new husband.

StealthPolarBear Sun 31-Mar-19 22:26:33

If I was single yes probably without too much angst! I'd have to find him not physically repulsive though.

SavageBeauty73 Sun 31-Mar-19 22:26:39

I'm single. I would.

StealthPolarBear Sun 31-Mar-19 22:26:46

Lol bom

EnglishRose13 Sun 31-Mar-19 22:26:49

Yes. And my husband would agree.

I'd agree if the tables were turned.

CalmdownJanet Sun 31-Mar-19 22:27:17

Shrek has huge feet in fairness.

Yep for a million I would but then I think people in happy marriages will have different answers to those who don't

Ribbonsonabox Sun 31-Mar-19 22:27:58

Yes but only if my husband knew and agreed it was worth the money.... I think a million would be really life changing for us as a family so I'd certainly do it and would be on board with him doing it if the situation was reversed.
I'm not a particularly jealous person so I dont think it would bother me if my husband slept with someone for that reason... obviously it would hurt me if he actually cheated. But I dont think I'd dwell on him sleeping with someone for that amount if money to bring home to us.
I think he may feel the same way..
Some amounts would certainly be worth it... it's only one night of your life.
I stacked shelves for pittance and wiped arses for pittance and was treated abysmally.... one night of sex for a millionquid is certainly less debasing than years of shitty minimum wage bollocks

womandear Sun 31-Mar-19 22:28:24

I’d consider a one of shag with someone else for free quite honestly... that’s what 15 years of being with the same person makes me think!

nespressowoo Sun 31-Mar-19 22:28:33

Absolutely yes.
