Life has to fall into a convenience box!

I'm having a life moment where I'm grieving very badly if that's a thing!
I keep bottling it up because there is never a convenient time to 'grieve'.
People keep saying- let it out, it's good to cry, scream if you need to etc etc etc.
You can't do this:
At work
Walking through the street
Around the children
In a shop
Walking the dog
Etc etc etc

The same in life also applies to feeling a bit fruity and it's nothing like on the tele!
Kids need to be asleep
Quite as a bloody mouse so as not to scare said kids.
No morning fun as not to scar said kids.

I know these are totally opposite ends to life but still.......

Life seems to need to fit into an unrealistic boring schedule of convenience.

If this is not the case for most people then please!!!!!! Give me some tips for life! Ha!

Everything in life has to fit into convinience, but doesn't that make it more exciting when you get a moment of randomness?

I don't know..I have moments of skipping in the street or having a 5 minute cry in the cupboard at work.

I've shouted with joy and had temper tantrums (with stamping feet) in the street.

I try to keep it bottled up around DD and avoid arguing with OH in front of her,but let it all out once she's in bed.

I tell her when I have a bad day or poorly or just need 5 minutes peace.

No one is responsible for my feelings but that doesn't mean I have to keep them to myself or hide them away.

Life sucks sometimes, it's great sometimes, it's very meh and what's the point sometimes.
