Stupid fingers

Can she guarantee she'll never be in that position? She's the type of woman who dumps her friends if they get divorced because she assumes they'll be after her man - even if he's a monger.
Good to see you defending your ex wife 🙂

She seems immature and judgemental. She has some living to do!

BricksInTheWall Wed 20-Mar-19 18:19:32

She called your good friend trashy and flirty and she doesn't even know her. Pure jealousy and she won't support the friendship if you got together. You didn't take it the wrong way and you're well rid.

I was too distracted by the kisses after every single message x

ChoccieEClaire Wed 20-Mar-19 18:00:20 are well rid of her!!

arethereanyleftatall Wed 20-Mar-19 17:41:53

How do you know she thinks she did nothing wrong if you blocked her?

Yerroblemom1923 Wed 20-Mar-19 17:37:36

Did she reply?

Ellisandra Wed 20-Mar-19 17:35:31

Well played you!

I’d have dumped her for “wat”, tbh!

Raspberrytruffle Wed 20-Mar-19 17:30:24

You are well rid of ex freind what a twat, I can't believe that they think single mums are like that !

Peakypolly Wed 20-Mar-19 16:32:31

TBH, in the heat of the moment, I would probably have wanted to have said the same: and if she was a career woman, or an older woman, or a younger woman, or your sisters best friend etc.
That is because I can be a jealous, competitive, control freak and would feel threatened by your friendship. Unreasonable I know so, as others state, you are well rid.

PinkHeart5914 Wed 20-Mar-19 16:31:54

She’s a bitch!

Plenty nicer, better fish in the sea and all that

marvellousnightforamooncup Wed 20-Mar-19 16:24:31

What a horrible person she is.

happyhillock Wed 20-Mar-19 16:24:00

You did the right thing.

MummyStruggles Wed 20-Mar-19 16:21:17

You've dodged a bullet IMO.

SuchAToDo Wed 20-Mar-19 09:33:19

You did right to block her...if she's this jealous of you having a female friend visit (that she would infer that that your friend is trashy etc)...then imagine what a nightmare she would be to date, every time you glance at a female she would be thinking you fancy them, every time you are late home or not reachable on your phone it would be in her mind that you are cheating....

You did the right thing to block her, she's shown her true nature in that comment..
If you wanted your friend to visit it's your business and you shouldn't even have to explain or be made to feel that it's wrong...

HeavyLocks Wed 20-Mar-19 09:33:09

Horrible attitude, you're well rid.

Honeyroar Wed 20-Mar-19 09:31:12

Dodged a bullet there!

lostfrequencies Wed 20-Mar-19 09:27:55

I don't think there was any other way for that to be taken. You're well rid.

TheLastNigel Wed 20-Mar-19 09:27:35

No you haven't.

Hello. Separated single dad here. Have been chatting to this girl for a couple of months. She seemed nice but a bit jealous when my best friend visited. When I told her she was a single mum she replied with 'oh she's the single mum type'. When I asked her what that was she described single mums as flirty and trashy and always wanting attention of men. I instantly blocked her but she reckons she done nothing wrong. Have I taken it the wrong way?? Lol
