Hi I had my implant removed and then replaced on Monday. Since then I’ve had these bruises.in myself I’ve felt okay a little bit off but on Tuesday night I passed out when my mother in law (nurse) touched it and redressed it for me. Tonight I’ve gone to pop a new plaster on and I’ve got even more bruising some of the red ones are even raised and my implant feels really raised and quite bumpy?? Is this normal?? I would really appreciate some advice before going back to doctors. My mother in law says I need to go first thing the morning but just want others people advice :) xx

Definitely get it checked out
some bruising and soreness is normal, passing out from the pain is not, and redness could mean infection.

I got a new one in last year and it bruised terribly. It's was a raised red bruise as well. Never had it with my first implant but the second time round they put it in a different area of my arm apparently this is the new way. Not sure if maybe that had something to do with it?

Sorry just re read and notices you passed out, would definitely go get that checked out. I used to be able to feel mine and it was painful if I leaned on my arm but since I got my new one in further round my arm I've had no pain at all I forget it's there.
